New Trees planted in Atherstone Cemetery🌳

Last month Town Mayor Cllr Bishop was joined by Cllrs Martin and Gwyn Short, Jacky Chambers, Dawn Wilkinson and HRJ Gould Ltd for a tree planting ceremony at the Cemetery.

Four new saplings have been planted beside the path near our Ashes Scattering Area, to offset trees previously removed for safety reason. They were funded by a grant from The Queen’s Green Canopy fund by Warwickshire County Council.
